4. Counter-Notification Procedure

5. Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, ZedPlay will:
- Promptly investigate the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
- Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
6. Response to Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
- Inform the complainant that we will restore the removed material within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity
7. False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
8. Repeat Infringer Policy
ZedPlay has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
9. User Responsibility
All users of ZedPlay are responsible for ensuring that:
- They own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other proprietary rights in any content they submit
- Their content does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights of any third party

10. Content Ownership
By submitting content to ZedPlay for promotion:
- You retain all ownership rights to your content
- You grant ZedPlay a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our music promotion services
- You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license
11. No Obligation to Monitor
ZedPlay is not obligated to monitor or screen content uploaded by users. However, we reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe it violates this DMCA Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws.
12. Good Faith Requirement
ZedPlay requires all parties to act in good faith when submitting DMCA notices or counter-notifications. Abuse of the DMCA process may result in:
- Termination of user accounts
- Legal action for damages
- Reporting to appropriate authorities
13. International Copyright
